Feldhof’s small print

• Arrival/Departure: The rooms will be available to you from 2:00 p.m. on the arrival date. On the departure date, we ask that you vacate the rooms by 11:00 a.m. Please inform us if you will be arriving later than 8:30 p.m.
• The cancellation of your room reservation is possible at no charge, as long as this takes place at least three weeks before your arrival date. In the event of a shorter cancellation period, we will charge you 70% of the booked amount. The same applies in the event of late arrival or early departure.
• Room cancellations are only valid in writing.
• We recommend that our guests take out travel insurance! Protect yourself financially using our travel insurance in case something happens before the start of your vacation. This insurance can be booked with your room reservation and will be charged at the same time. All cancellation costs are covered for 5 € per adult per day and for 2,50 € for children (up to the age of 16).
• You are welcome to invite your friends to the Feldhof. We charge 22 € for breakfast, 16 € for lunch (2:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.), 62 € for dinner, 14 € for the sauna and swimming, 6 € for towels and bathrobes.
• Day spa: Without room and only upon request (i.e. room is vacated by 11:00 a.m. and you use the sauna, swimming pool and towels and eat with us (3:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.) 36 € p.p.
• Long day spa: With room and only upon request (i.e. room is vacated by 6:00 p.m. and you use the sauna, swimming pool and towels and eat with us (3:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.) 60 € p.p.
• We ask that you book wellness treatments 14 days before your arrival to enable us to schedule your requested times.
• For rooms with breakfast a discount of 11 € will be applied to the ¾ Dolce Vita package price.
• Dogs are very welcome. They are not, however, allowed in the dining room or wellness area. We charge 20 € per day for your faithful friend, not including food.
• We also accept credit cards (except Diners Club and American Express). Please check availability abroad with your bank.

• Please be aware that you may book individual room categories, but the reservation of specific rooms or floors is not possible. Floor plans are schematic; deviations are possible!
• We will be happy to send you any items you may have forgotten with payment on delivery.
• In the event that a "Sunshine cuddle room" is occupied by a single person, a surcharge of 50% shall be applied.
• All previous price lists are rendered invalid through the publication of this price list. Prices and offers are subject to change. No liability is accepted for mistakes or misprints.
